Rest of World - £24.99 | We will dispatch your order as soon as it is complete. The customer is liable for any taxes and duties payable.
Import Taxes and Duty |
Customers with shipping addresses outside the UK are responsible for all applicable duties, VAT and import taxes. These are not included in the cost of shipping.
Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Dinky Circus has no control over these amounts and will not be held liable.
Refusal to pay duties or refusal to accept a package does not mean the package will be returned safely to Dinky Circus. No refund will be issued, and we cannot be held liable.
The refusal process will attract a significant fee for us to receive the goods back into UK. This will always be deducted from any return value the customer may be entitled to in the event refused shipments do eventually come back to us.
Dinky Circus will not be held liable for fees relating to any customers refusal to pay Duties/ VAT and associated costs.
Returns & Exchanges |
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the goods within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to offer a full refund to your original payment method.
Our return policy lasts 14 days from you receiving your goods. If 14 days have passed before we receive your goods back, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
- Ensure your goods are unworn and in a saleable condition with its original tags and packaging, ensuring garments are carefully folded. Returns that do not meet these conditions and damaged or without labels will not be accepted and return to the customer, with a no refund issued.
- Please enclose your packing slip, clearly identifying which items you wish to return stating why you wish to return them.
- We recommend you send your items tracked as we are not liable for any loss in transit. We also do not refund any original postage costs.
- Please address any returns to: Dinky Circus Returns, 40 Constitution Hill, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 4BU, posting within 14 days of receiving of the items for refund.
- Items must be marked as “Returned Goods” on all customs documentation. If we are required to pay any customs charges upon re-entry of the package, these will be deducted from any refund if applicable.
All original factory sealed deadstock items such as Trading Cards & Toys/Figures cannot be returned if opened. This information is specified on the product listing page, please ensure to check this information prior to making the purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund should our terms and conditions not be met in full.
- For exchanges, please simply place a new order for the desired goods you would like, returning your original items for a refund.
- Please allow us up to 10 working days to process your refund from the day we receive the items.
